ALL ROOMS HAVE SEPARATE ENTRANCES TO THE OUTSIDE, SO FRESH AIR IS AVAILABLE TO ALL ROOMS. WE DO NOT HAVE A RECIRCULATING AIR SYSTEM BETWEEN ROOMS, AND NO INTERIOR CORRIDORS TO HARBOR GERMS.
OUR EXTRA PRECAUTIONS HAVE INCLUDED DEEP CLEANING OF ALL GUEST ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS WITH HOSPITAL-GRADE DISINFECTANTS. WE HAVE STEPPED UP DAILY SANITIZING ROUTINES FOR ALL COMMON AREAS AND OCCUPIED ROOMS. WE HAVE INSTALLED A PLEXIGLASS GUARD AT THE LOBBY DESK, AND ASK EVERYONE IN COMMON AREAS TO WEAR A MASK.
LOBBY HOURS ARE 8:30AM TO 9:00PM. WE GUARANTEE ROOMS READY BY 3:00PM FOR CHECK-IN STARTING THEN. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING AFTER WE CLOSE, WE WILL PUT A LOCKBOX ON YOUR DOOR, WITH KEY INSIDE. CALL THE INN BEFORE ARRIVAL TO RECEIVE THE LOCKBOX CODE, OR LOOK ON THE LOBBY DOOR FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
ROOMS WITH PRIVATE SPA TUBS ARE STILL AVAILABLE. WE ARE BLEACHING OUT THE JETS LINES OF THE SPA TUBS AFTER EVERY GUEST. WE NO LONGER HAVE THE PUBLIC SPA BUILDING OPEN FOR USE.
FLORENCE HAS MANY FINE BREAKFAST RESTAURANTS THAT ARE OPEN OR HAVE TAKE-OUT AVAILABLE. THERE IS A LARGE SAFEWAY GROCERY STORE 2 BLOCKS FROM THE INN. ALL ROOMS HAVE MICROWAVES AND FRIDGES. WE DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST.

DEPOSITS: We take a deposit equal to the first night, at the time of booking. Additional nights may be paid on arrival. If you reserve a spa tub room, we may ask for a $250 per stay security deposit, held on a credit card and voided upon okayed check-out. Without a security deposit, we may not rent the room to you, even if a deposit has been paid. Please come prepared.
CANCELLATIONS: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you booked by phone or our website, please call us to cancel at 541-997-9030 between 8:30am and 10:00pm. If you booked online with Expedia.com or Booking.com or any of their subsidiaries, you MUST go to your Internet reservation email confirmation and cancel there; we CANNOT cancel for you. If you give us notice of canceling less than 48 hours before 3:00pm arrival on the date of your reservation, we have the right to charge you for the first night of your reservation, according to merchant credit card agreements. If we are able to re-rent your room on short notice, we will not charge you for the first night. There is no cancellation fee, however, please be aware that every time you reserve and cancel, it is costing us credit card fees.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From Highway 126 (from Eugene), turn South onto Highway 101. If coming from the North, stay on Highway 101 through the Hwy 126 intersection. Proceed south through one more stop light, Rhododendron Drive. Just past the light, turn Left at Nopal St/Umpqua Bank. Look up the hill behind the bank, and follow the driveway up to the Landmark Inn. If coming from the south, cross the bridge into Florence, turn Right at Umpqua Bank/Nopal Street, and follow the driveway up the hill.
SMOKING: All of our rooms are non-smoking/vaping. You may smoke/vape outside; there is an outdoor covered area provided. Also no candles or incense please. If you smoke in your room there will be a $250 cleaning charge.
PLEASE NOTE: NO FIREARMS are allowed on Landmark Inn property.
PET POLICY: We are a no-pet facility. We clean our rooms to a higher standard then ordinary pet-room standards. SERVICE DOGS ARE WELCOME. Service dogs have been specially trained to perform tasks for a disabled person, and must be under the control of that person at all times. Dogs whose function is to provide emotional support, companionship, comfort or therapy ARE NOT covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and are not allowed at the Landmark Inn. Proposed legislation will make it a crime to pass off an emotional support dog as a Service Dog. Some states already have this law. Please declare all animals at check-in. There is a $25 charge per night for undeclared pets.
PARKING: We have one parking space per room. Additional vehicles may have to park on the street during high occupancy. We do not have room for trailers. Please call us with specific requests.
COMMUNICATIONS: We offer phones with free calling in all guest rooms and you may give our phone number as a contact point. We are not able to transfer calls from the front desk to a room. We offer free WiFi; see in-room Info sheet for passwords.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3:00pm to 9:00pm. If you are arriving after 9:00pm, please call the Inn for instructions. We can put a lock-box on your door. Check-out time is 11 AM.
TAX: Florence Oregon transient lodging tax is currently 10.5%.
This property is privately owned; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The management further reserves the right to terminate the tenancy of a guest for reasons the former shall deem objectionable. By signing our registration form, our guests agree to pay for damages, theft, late check-out, undeclared or extra persons or pets, and extra cleaning charges, should they occur.
